The level of concern around the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) around the globe, and particularly in the U.S., has become a priority for us at CHL.

As your trusted agency, we want you to know that it’s business as usual here at CHL Insurance Agency. We are taking precautions prescribed by the CDC and the World Health Organization in all of our offices. We don’t expect any interruptions in the level of service to our customers. We have a full continuity plan in place, including the ability of our company to work remotely, should it become necessary. We are dedicated to providing you the highest quality service experience possible.

Additionally, we are closely monitoring the ever-evolving situation in order to respond to and prioritize the needs of our clients, as well as the health and safety of our employees. We have asked employees to stay home if they feel sick or under the weather. In the meantime, you are able to handle your insurance needs with us from home.
