Rachel Ray’s frying pan. I didn’t have a large enough lid to cover my new Rachel Ray pan so I improvised. I took a silicone rack placed it on top of the aluminum foil which covers the pan and a lid for aesthetics. It worked perfectly for my rice dish!

Husband went out and I had to fend for myself. Air fried some Nathan fries. Used leftover taco meat, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, salsa, and sour cream. . Oh my!!!
