Africa’s forest elephants are hanging on, but their survival isn’t guaranteed.
A recent assessment shows over 145,000 forest elephants remain, yet poaching and habitat loss continue to threaten their future.
Every elephant counts. Every anti-poaching effort matters. At Stop Poaching Now, we fight to protect these gentle giants before it’s too late.

A powerful conservation success.
Nepal has nearly doubled its wild tiger population, with an estimated 235 tigers now living in the wild. This milestone, achieved through strong anti-poaching efforts, habitat protection, and collaboration between governments, NGOs, and local communities, shows what’s possible when wildlife is truly protected.
At Stop Poaching Now, this is the future we fight for - where protection leads to recovery.

For the first time in years, there’s real hope for pangolins.
New data from Cameroon shows the price of pangolin scales has dropped by 45–75% - a powerful sign that illegal trafficking pressure can be reduced.
This decline is linked to lower demand from China and stronger domestic law enforcement, proving that awareness campaigns, policy changes, and on-the-ground protection work.
Pangolins are still the most trafficked mammal in the world, but this shift shows that when we stay committed, fewer animals are taken from the wild.
Progress is possible - and worth fighting for.
