β’ Single arm sn**ch x10 each
β’ Single leg dead lift x10 each
β’ Goblet squat and press x10
β’ Reverse lunge and curl x10 each
β’ Jumping jacks x20
- Complete each exercise right after the other in sequence
- Repeat 4x
