The love and response to my last post has been truly overwhelming — I can’t thank you all enough for embracing my food and culture with such open hearts.

I feel nothing but deep gratitude… truly blessed to call Paducah home. ❤️

So many of you have asked about bringing back the Saturday pick-ups, and I hear you — it’s something I’m actively working on!

For now, SPICE KITCHEN will be part of Party for a Purpose at the Carson Center this May, along with a few private caterings and events.

After our last dinner at Pipers, I’ve had so many of you stop me everywhere — the bank, Walmart, Sam’s, even Ulta — asking the same question… “When’s the next one?”

Honestly, I thought Paducah might need a little break from all that bold, unapologetic Indian flavor… but clearly, that’s not the case. The love, the excitement, the way you’ve embraced this experience — it’s overwhelming in the best way. And if I’m being real… it’s a little addictive too. I don’t think I can stay away for too long.

So now, I’m putting it in your hands —

There is something so special about serving the beautiful people of Paducah—every smile, every conversation, every plate shared… it all means more than words can ever express. Nights like these remind me why I do what I do.

To be able to cook, to serve, to bring people together through food, love, and laughter… it’s a blessing I never take for granted. My heart is so full of gratitude. God has been incredibly kind, surrounding me with warmth, support, and the most amazing people.
