Hey, Caldwell County!

Today June 1st, 2026, there will be FREE HIV/HepC testing at the Caldwell County Health Department from 1-3PM.

You will receive a FREE $20 gift when you are tested.

The Target 4 program will officially conclude on June 30, and this page will be closing.

As the grant funding for our program funding comes to a close, we want to express our deep appreciation for the opportunity to serve our community. Working alongside such dedicated organizations has been an honor, and together we’ve been able to reach so many people in meaningful ways.

To the participants and community members we’ve had the privilege to serve — thank you. Your trust and willingness to grow with us have been the heart of this program. We are grateful for every story shared, every connection made, and every step forward taken together.
