This recipe yields 40 medium sized cookies. If I had to choose my favorite, it is hands down the potato chips, pretzel, and chocolate version. The buttery snap pretzels are key.

Other variations: circus animal cookies + sprinkles, freeze dried raspberries + white chocolate, chocolate chunks + bacon (make sure you cook the bacon first!)

As I sit here, enjoying a quick coffee break before opening, I am reminded that the last 14 months have been the most challenging yet amazing 14 months.

This community has been so good to us.

No social media post could ever do them justice, but the team we have in here has made this possible, and I am going to miss them just as much as I will miss Pacifica as a whole.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. We are open from 7:30-9:30 today (Sunday, 4/26) and then we are off to start our Sacramento chapter.

I’ll post more updates on our spot in the Roseville area as things evolve. After today, I’m going to take a little time off and sleep in past 2am for a change. 🥳

Next week is our last week in Pacifica before my husband and I move to Roseville. (Sorry, no update on storefronts there yet.)

Next week’s menu is largely based on the ingredients we have left. We will be baking as much as physically possible next Thursday-Sunday, so please come say hi and bye!
