Life is a trip & what a ride it has been!!
This year in particular has felt like a decade, but it has been one of the most incredible years of my life and thanks to YOU supporting the rooster, it has been a dream!

Don’t freak out, but…
This batch of Rusty Rooster Seasoning Company smoked Gouda dip just delivered to The Farm / Fbf of Pensacola Inc will be the last one at least for a few months!
I am still in shock, but so stoked to announce that following my heart & love of oysters, spicy, & cheese has led me to an amazing “beyond what I could have dreamed” full time position with some of my absolute favorite people that will be combining all of those… & my other passion, 🔥cooking amazing food for folks!

I followed the flow, went with the tides with the Rooster and my side jobs from oyster caterer, to oyster farmer, to now “Oyster Chef” & I feel I owe it to my incredible team to focus the next few months 100% on this new endeavor…
but no worries, I’m just honing my skills for the future which is looking mighty bright!
I am at peace, I am content, and I am excited for this challange! I feel well prepared thanks to the past few years. For as long as I’ve been on this Rusty Rooster “proof of concept” adventure, I have had two amazing friends giving me a full immersion into the life of oysters, so now it’s showtime👊🏼

tomorrow, Sunday, 10/17 when the doors go on up at 10 for a green bucket day!
Thank you for your patience over the past few weeks as I have been navigating and adjusting to new schedules & life as the journey continues.
