The Underlying Answers
Your symptoms aren’t your enemy.
They’re your body’s way of saying, “Something here needs care.”
Stress and trauma can leave imprints deep within the body, even at a cellular level, and each person’s body expresses that story differently.
Healing begins when we stop fighting the message and start listening.

If you’re new here, welcome. I’m Cindy Costley — speaker, trainer, and creator of EBDT™.
I help bridge what was never meant to be divided: Western science, Eastern practices, Scripture, and Spirituality.
After living with a rare disorder for over 34 years, my body led me on a journey back to wholeness — guided by God and grounded in deep exploration of how healing truly works.
That journey became EBDT™ — not just a technique, but a movement that restores healing to its original design: whole, unified, and divinely guided.
Today, I also provide EBDT™ Certification for spiritual coaches, healers, and intuitive professionals who feel called to expand their gifts, deepen their impact, and bring lasting, body-led transformation to those they serve.
Restore the design" 🌟 - My philosophy for true cellular healing.
We're designed for homeostasis - for thriving, beautiful, healthy lives.
But those "woo-hoos" (worldly hang-ups!) get stored in our bodies when we don't process them, creating cellular dysregulation in our methylation pathways, cytokines, and hormones.
My journey with mast cell destabilization taught me this: healing happens when we revisit those emotions, release what's trapped, and allow our cells to receive the proper messaging to return to their natural state of balance.
True healing occurs at the cellular level when we address the emotional roots 💫
So grateful to Arukah Well for featuring me on ! Thank you for this beautiful opportunity to share my story.
Your body didn’t “start acting up.”
It stopped being able to hold what it’s been carrying quietly.
Most people think symptoms arrive suddenly.
But the body doesn’t flip overnight—it adapts. It compensates. It protects.
Until it can’t do it silently anymore.
That moment isn’t failure.
It’s honesty.
A message from your body that says:
I’ve been holding this alone. I need safety. I need support. I need a new way.
You don’t need more discipline.
You need restoration.
