Day 29 of // “When she feels safe, she will let it go.”

This feels like a bit of relationship advice and maybe it is, but it’s also just heart advice.

When she feels safe,
—when your heart feels safe—
Truly, deeply
Feels safe

She will let it go
Whatever it is

Perhaps this feels like relationship advice because the most beautiful relationships I’ve grown with other humans are those which have created space for me and my heart to feel safe

Safe enough to drop down the wall
Safe enough to drop any act
Safe enough to be a mess
Safe enough to be show up without apology
Safe enough to explore myself without judgement
Safe enough to
let
it
go,
Whatever it happens to be

And when she feels safe
She blooms

🌸

The trick, of course,
Is to see that once she f e e l s safe,
She will know
the Truth
that she
has been
safe
all
along
