Delicious

We stopped at the new Uncle Paco's Mexican Grill that recently opened in Owasso for lunch today.
⏰ We got their a little after 12 and were seated immediately. The restaurant was busy and about 75% full.
🖼 The restaurant is beautiful inside. They completely renovated an old Lone Star location.
👨 👩 👨 there were 3 of us, though only two ate.
💵 💵💵 prices are middle of the road, with large portions.

🔹🔹🔹🔹Our waitress was very friendly. Took our order quickly. Only complaint was we never received a drink refill.

🔹🔹 Chips with house salsa and jalapeño ranch were served. The ranch tasted like 90% Mayo with a little bit of spice. I was not a fan.

🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹 Steak quesadilla was excellent. Great flavor. Overflowing with steak. One was eaten. One was saved for Monday lunch.

🔹🔹🔹🔹 Pick 2 lunch special: chicken enchilada, chicken soft taco, rice, guacamole. I ordered cheese sauce on the enchilada, and received red sauce. I left it as it was and it was good but not what I ordered. Portions were good. Took home the soft taco for Monday lunch.

🍺 they do have a full bar, with lots of delicious looking drinks, but it was lunch and we only ordered soft drinks.

It’s definitely worth stopping at. We will do it again. Located in Smith Farm Market. 9021 N 121st East Ave.
