Check out this transformation. It is one of my all-time favorites. I'll probably post other segments about this renovation, but I wanted to show you the drastic changes from different angles of the property. We also renovated the neighbor's property, but that is for a different post.

This client wanted to upgrade and revamp their home when they bought it. It had huge potential but needed a lot of work.

They explained what he envisioned and I designed something that was functional and beautiful. This home had two grand staircases to the lake that ended with a three foot drop off. Check out the outdoor living spaces we built to extend their home.

We now have the pleasure of maintaining this property, so it'll only get better from here. Some of these plants are just becoming established. Next year they will be close to maturity and be stunning.
