I was born to teach and coach. I am 100% sure of that. You know what else? I am really good at it πŸ˜‰

I’ve had the opportunity to teach in the formal classroom, in the workplace, on the softball field, and in the gym. I thrive off the energy created when learning is occurring. πŸ€“

I love to learn, ask questions, and practice my craft so that whenever I have the chance I can teach it to someone else. I work to be an expert in my field, not for myself, but so that I can share credible information with others. Giving the gift of knowledge is important. 🎁

There are two whole months left in 2020. That's two months left for you to take steps to a happier and healthier you. Most people believe they should wait until after the holidays to start eating healthy. But Thanksgiving and Christmas are only TWO days.... what are you going to do with the remaining 58?
