For a quick workout that really gets you going grab a jump rope!!! Try skipping for 30 seconds, 10 push ups, skip 30 seconds, mountain climbers, skip 30 seconds plank etc until you get to a 15 minute workout. Even with a job and small kids, we fit this in so you can too!!! πͺπΎπͺπΎ
