We’re honestly speechless. Yesterday at Audubon Park Community Market we sold out in just 18 minutes, beating our previous record of 30. We brought even more pastries this week, and seeing so many of you already waiting before we opened was something we won’t forget.

Thank you to every single person who came out despite the forecast, stood patiently in line, and cheered us on while we hurried to get everyone taken care of before the rain rolled in. We were moving as fast as we could, and your kindness and patience meant the world to us 🖤

We’re already working on bringing even more pastries each week. As a small, from scratch bakery with one baker behind the oven (hi it’s me!), we’re doing everything we can to grow alongside your incredible support. Thank you for being patient with us as we continue to bake more for you each Monday 👩🏻‍🍳
