Yes, some of the reason was because of my health condition…. But ALOT of it was lack of discipline and accountability!!! I am still a B*W and still get off track sometimes with my fitness journey… but I will NEVER lose myself, neglect myself, not prioritize myself like this again!!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I do my best to put on for the Orlando Vegan Community!!! So when Kountry Wayne comes and wants vegan food… I will gladly suggest one of the local stops. Tonight, was brought to Kountry Wayne and his squad!!! Unfortunately, his show was about to start when I got there with the food so I didn’t get pics of him with the food… but he was very appreciative for preparing all of this food at such short notice!! Thank you for accommodating me when I called!! You guys are amazing!!!! Definitely check out asap
