Here are the WORST questions to ask a random fitness and nutrition coach (especially on the internet)…

“Am I eating too much or too little?”

“How many days a week should I train?”

“Should I bulk then cut, or cut then bulk?”

“What foods do I cut out to lose weight?”

“How much cardio should I be doing to burn fat?”

Asking these to fitness and nutrition coach online might seem like a quick path to answers.

The problem is…

The people answering these questions know NOTHING about you.

Which means, there’s a good chance whatever they tell you won’t align with your body, metabolism, lifestyle, experience, preferences, unique circumstances, etc…

Following such generic guidance can be, at best, ineffective, and at worst, harmful.
