Having joined a modern day kickboxing community has literally kicked me back into shape again.

I’ve always been one to staying healthy but since motherhood where do you find the time? Well…YOU make time!

Also, I don’t like excuses and when I realized that somehow it creeped its way into my life…heck no! Change needed to happen.

So…thank you for building my strength and the confidence to level up!!

And to someone special for bringing out the best of me.

I’m finishing out week 4 and once week 6 is over I’ll share how far I’ve come. Before and after photos are to come soon!
