Fun Fact: All Hallows' Eve is another name for Halloween and is the eve of the feast of All Hallows day. To do this little tiered tray sign I had some scrap wood I sanded and then stained this grey color and I used black vinyl for the moon and red vinyl for the All Hallows Eve text.
