We are so impressed with the Buddy Benches designed and built by the talented Bellevue East High School Woods 3 students for Peter Sarpy Elementary's Circle of Friends program.

Using ReClaim™ Plastic Lumber by Solutions Plastic Lumber, students gained valuable hands-on construction experience while creating something that will serve elementary students for years to come. Unlike traditional wood, ReClaim™ Lumber won't rot, splinter, or require painting, making it ideal for outdoor school projects.

This project is exactly what Project School Boards is all about—giving students the opportunity to build meaningful community projects while learning with recycled materials. The pilot program is launching soon and is designed for shop classes, SkillsUSA projects, and other hands-on construction programs.

Kudos to the Bellevue East Woods 3 class and their instructor, Robert Cote, for their creativity, craftsmanship, and commitment to making a difference.
