This podcast episode is a gem, just an absolute gem. Brene Brown tells how to make a plan for when you and your spouse are both just unable to deal. She also goes into comparative suffering - you know the thing where you are going through something that really sucks but you know someone else has it worse than you so you think you should just shut up? Well it's not helpful. We can make sure there is enough empathy to go around and everyone can feel connected and loved.
