Part 1 of Learning Self-Love [in my 30s]: Stop Waiting Until You’re Ready ✨

Learning to love myself hasn’t really felt like I’m meeting someone new… it feels more like finally giving myself the same grace I give everyone else. ❤️🩹
The same patience. The same kindness. The same forgiveness.
I used to think self-love meant loving every part of me - ALL the time.
But I’m realizing that it’s actually more like choosing to show up for myself EVEN on the days I feel insecure, tired, or unsure (& understanding that sometimes those days show up more frequent than I’d like).
It’s forgiving the version of me who was just trying to survive… & learning to celebrate the version of me who keeps choosing GROWTH. 🌱
Self-love isn’t selfish.
It’s honoring the person God created me to be — even while I’m still [b e c o m i n g].
✨A reminder for you today:
Speak to yourself with love. You’re listening. 🤍☕️
