The moon is getting fuller, not the sun 🤦‍♀️. Timeline jump & new moon = double renew time. Fresh start time!! Come at things differently & more positively. Sometimes all we need is a new attitude.

Even though you're mind is telling you it is, not everything is about you. Worthiness issues can make them go.

Are there things you carry that you'd never admit to another person?

Be honest with yourself, if you were given the perfect space & permission, would you be comfortable truly feeling your sadness & anger? Lots of us would actually need practice to build up to it. When you were never allowed to feel, you don't exactly know how.

Learn to listen to the ick. What is your body trying to say?

Most of us can acknowledge our part in a problem, no matter how much we don't want to. But, do you know a professional victim or a person that believes they are to blame for all the problems?
