Congratulations Lauren! We love seeing our Waza TC alumni thriving!

At Tuesdays practice we were joined by former Olympian race walker Gary Morgan! He had lots to share and coached a few of the kids on proper race walking techniques.

It's a long week of competition at the AAU Junior Olympic Games! Some of our athletes were there on the first day to compete in the multi events! The rest will join a day or two before their event date. In total, we have 14 athletes competing this week!

We had such a great time competing against each other at our Intrasquad meet last Saturday! These athletes are ready for their first outdoor meet of the summer season this weekend!
