This is a project we finished up at the beginning of the year. We had 8 units to do and did it in about three and a half months.
They are Digesters that are used to create natural gas from. They supply fuel to hundreds of vehicles as part of the infrastructure and environmental sustainability.
We Grit Blast all the corrosion completely off, then we repair the holes that cause it to lose pressure and allow gases to escape.
Next step is two coats of CHEMCLAD XC, made for extreme chemical attack.

Just finished up our first helicopter pad and structure for the children’s hospital. Striped it all down and started over. Was a challenge when the helicopters came. I took 7 weeks to complete. The entire structure was coated in two part Epoxy and the pad got a five stage specific helicopter coating.
Turned out great.

We Recently Sandblasted and Coated the inside of a 300,000 gallon tank for one of the biggest box store distribution centers in the World.
This Tank was in Hurricane Utah.

These are Cooling Towers we restored for a local hospital. Hydro Blast and two coats of ENESEAL CR.

We are getting some awesome contracts, this was the last one, some intake spools and transition lines for a Navy Ship, might have another one to do in January. We are doing all industrial Coating and Sandblasting and getting in the groove of great clients and a good team of guys that kick ass!!!
