Election Day is the finish line — not the starting point. For months, poll workers, clerks, election officials, and volunteers prepare the systems voters rely on. Protecting democracy means paying attention before ballots are cast and supporting the people who make our elections work.

Freedom means the freedom to vote. It means voters choosing their leaders — not politicians choosing which voters count. This Independence Day, we’re recommitting to the work of protecting ballot access and turning out voters everywhere.
