Anyone who knows me knows that fall is my absolute FAVORITE time of year.

Forget all the pumpkin spice … give me fall colored leaves and the peace and quiet of a crisp Saturday morning.

This summer, I took on a challenge - a 75 day challenge that wasn't as much physically challenging as it was mentally challenging. I'm proud and happy to report that I completed that challenge successfully last Friday!

Over the past 75 days I have:
- Completed 150 dedicated/intentional workouts which equates to over 112 hours of movement and over 150 miles walked
- Drank 75 gallons of water
- Read 750+ pages of personal development

The physical results of this challenge - I lost a little over 5lbs and 10 inches over 75 days but more than that, I proved to myself that I can do hard things...that when I don't want to do something, my WHY and my discipline will push me through.
