Meet the Chef:

Dylan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute with five years in a fine dining kitchen. Some of his favorite influences are Asian and French cuisine. His mom inspired his love of cooking at a young age, and now he is developing his own voice in the kitchen. He loves simple, yet elegant presentation and always makes sure that his dishes impress the eyes, nose, and taste buds. He’s messy in the kitchen, but that’s because he’s so passionate about his food. He can’t wait to meet you at one of our in home wine dinners, or at a private event you book.
