Framers-$15-$20hr
Crew leaders-$20--$25hr plus project completion bonuses.
Framers must have min 2 years experience.
Crew leaders must have min 4 years framing experience and min 1 year running crews. Must have good work ethic. Must have good attention to detail and be able to communicate with lumber distributors, Crew member, customers,etc.
