We loved having the Niceville High School Lady Eagles Cross Country team stop by this morning to experience everything The Recovery Bar has to offer. From cold plunges and compression to stretching and sauna, every tool has a purpose: helping these athletes recover smarter so they can perform at their best.

Yesterday we had the crew out to experience everything we offer, from assisted stretching and cold plunges to infrared sauna and the rest of our recovery lineup. Coaches spend countless hours pouring into their athletes, so it was their turn to recover.
