We’re proud to celebrate the legacy of USA Hockey and the players who have worn the red, white, and blue with pride on the world’s biggest stage.
From Team USA’s first Olympic gold medal in 1960, to the “Miracle on Ice” in 1980, to the men’s Olympic gold medal in 2026, American hockey has inspired generations through hard work, resilience, and teamwork.
The U.S. Women’s National Team has built an incredible legacy of its own with Olympic gold medals in 1998, 2018, and 2026, inspiring countless young athletes and continuing to grow the game across the country.
The values that define great hockey players—commitment, sacrifice, teamwork, perseverance, and pride—are the same values that have helped shape our nation for 250 years.
Today, we celebrate our country’s history, those who have defended it, and everyone who proudly represents the United States both on and off the ice.
