We are excited to welcome The Continent News, Cape Town TV, Currency, Inanda Community Radio, Likhanyile, Mamba Online, Nthavela, Politically Aweh, Pulse FM 92.9, Vutivi Business News, Xenor Projects, and Zoutnet CC to the first cohort of Amplify South Africa, a tailored program aimed at helping in with tackling multiple issues impacting the country’s media landscape.

Funded by International Fund for Public Interest Media, Amplify South Africa builds on the success of the South Africa Media Program (SAMIP) which supported 27 organizations with and made six investments in promising young media companies between 2017-2023.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Innovative Program in partnership with the Association of Independent Regional Publishers of Ukraine
( https://www.facebook.com/airpu.ua/ ) to help independent media on their journey towards attaining . Over the next 11 months Hryvna, Kremenchutskyi Telegraph, Kolo News, Odes’ke Zhyttia and Molodyi Bukovynets will receive grants up to €10,000 and be supported to create engaging content on YouTube and TikTok, and work closely with subject experts to develop new revenue streams and grow their audiences.
