The National Restaurant Association and American Culinary Federation recently named cannabis (i.e. CBD- and THC-infused cuisine) the hottest food trend of 2019. Too often, "cannabis-infused food" equals ; the "food" part is merely a delivery mechanism for people wanting to get high. We get excited at the notion of cannabinoids taking a complementary role to a culinary experience-- food with a nuanced feeling, in addition to traditional sensory experiences.
