His impact goes beyond the podium. Ehi has been at the center of transformative work, from delivering affordable housing to the Inwood Community in Long Island to helping drive programs like the LISC NY's Developers Training Program, where he spoke to emerging developers and uplifted fresh voices.

As a Youth Construct board member, his passion for uplifting youth shines through at every graduation, mentorship session, and career panel. Our students see in him not only a role model, but also a living example of how expertise, service, and integrity can shape stronger, more inclusive communities.
