We partnered up with the Leadership Learning Community (LLC) for their Creating Space Conversations 2019 event in New York.

Creating Space Conversations provide opportunities to explore the role leadership development can play in shifting power to advance justice.

At Creating Space New York we explored ways of working that interrupt, rather than replicate, oppressive practices. We dove deeper into leading with love and rigor, interrupting and disrupting oppression, holding space for different strengths while centering equity and supporting marginalized and POC folks through it all.
