Yesterday we sent off Joseph ‘Joe’ Righter, our dear friend and Managing Director, to a blissful retirement as he concludes 3 decades of dedicated leadership at Sky Management. Joe has been instrumental to Sky’s success story, growing to 10 million SF in assets strong, primarily in the US East Coast. He has managed commercial properties from medical parks, commercial buildings, supply chain logistics buildings, residentials, and most favorite project the revitalization of the Quartermaster Science + Technology Park in south Philly. A family man with a fantastic sense of humor, and a huge heart, his jokes will be dearly missed.
