Pony Up Rescue Collective

Yearling rescue c**t Turtle started therapy today on his severely injured leg, three weeks after arriving at Pony Up RC.

Let’s see if it works! Follow Turtle’s journey as we chart his progress over the next few weeks and gently bring him back to life.

If it works as well as it is reputed to, it will be hugely helpful, not just to Turtle but so many of our rescues with serious physical issues to overcome.

A wonderful donor contributed half of its ticket price, and now *we have 60 days* to fundraise the remaining 7k or return it.

The company does not give any discounts for nonprofits, which is really disheartening, but if it helps the horses and we can raise the funds, we will try it.

SPOTLIGHT

Hundreds of people of all levels, ages, backgrounds, and abilities come together to rehabilitate our rescue horses, and to learn from them.

This particular gentleman deserves a special shout out. Volunteer-turned-Barn-Manager Aslan sets the bar as a person who comes to learn, shares responsibility for the well-being of animals and people, always goes the extra mile and does the work with joy and humility.
