A few things to consider if you are having a hard time deciding whether a house or condo is right for you.

House:
- Can be renovated completely
- Generally more privacy
- No restrictions to number of people who can be in your house
- Most houses include land that can be utilized however you see fit
- Generally houses are a better investment (long term)

Condos:
- Generally less expensive than houses
- Condos often include shared amenities
- No repairs/ maintenance needed on exterior
- Condos are often located in better locations
