Sometimes you need to have intentionality with schedules. As a small business owner you will go through times of very late nights, early mornings and decision fatigue. This is sustainable for a time but as I preach but don’t often follow as much as I should is rest.

I have found with the families I work for that sometimes the schedule seems to go into infinity. But! Rest should be apart of that schedule too. Rest helps you recover, clears your head, helps you reset and deters sickness. It’s needed. I’m learning more how to incorporate this. ❤️

It’s the start of OT month! Not only am I named April but, April is when we celebrate occupational therapy. It was meant to be!  I’ve had a passion for OT for 10+ years. Celebrate along with us!
