About to pop some bottles for this graduation party 🎓2️⃣0️⃣1️⃣6️⃣🍾

Orange Lights
(Non- Alcoholic it's Diwali )

500ml orange juice
30ml (2 tablespoons) fresh root ginger, peeled
5ml (1 teaspoon - about 15 strands) saffron
A pinch of cardamom
A cinnamon stick for stirring

1. Pour the orange juice into a jug
2. Grate the ginger and crush it in a garlic press to squeeze the juice out into the jug (throw away the ginger pulp)
3. Add the saffron to the jug
4. Stir well with the cinnamon stick
