Due to system maintenance at the National Avenue pump house, New Berlin residents may experience low pressure while our contractors work to upgrade the booster water system that your water service comes off of.

New Berlin residents will experience low pressure on Wednesday, August 17th, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Areas affected with low pressure will be:
Observatory Road
Top O Hill Subdivision
Wynfield Court (Condos)
City Hall
Police Department
Utilities
Fire Department
Town Road
16505 W National Avenue

We will also be shutting water off for these areas with the same time frame:
Summerland Court
16640 to 16666 W National Avenue
16600 W National Avenue
Streets Department
