Gabriel is doing well and we’re hopefully going home soon! We got a visit today from and while they’re in town for the .

Tomorrow is a huge day for our family - Gabriel is getting his complete palate repair. 💙

Watching our brave little boy go through so much in his first year has been emotional, exhausting, and inspiring all at once. We’re so proud of him and so thankful for all of the love, prayers, and support from this amazing community along the way.

1 in every 1,000 babies is born with a cleft lip or palate. For something so common you would think access to feeding would be easy. It’s not. @drbrowns has a specialty feeding system that includes a blue disc to help with feeding. However you can gust buy the blue discs, It you need more you have to buy the whole set. Us cleft palate families can’t run into Walmart if we torget that disc. If we don’t have it our babies don’t eat. No one shouldn’t be able to feed their babies due to the price of a disc being too much. That’s what’s so amazing about the @thebluediscproject they help connect families with blue discs.
