Success in creating new healthy habits requires effort and focus on one’s body and how it moves. Learning how to move when you do what’s “ordinary” - whether driving your car, working at your desk, cleaning, walking the dog, or whatever the day consists of between morning and night - will ultimately restore the body’s natural foundation and this subconscious way of moving becomes automatic in virtually everything you do.
