To celebrate Public Works Week, we will be featuring one division of our team a day!

🎉🚜 DIVISION OF THE DAY - HIGHWAY DIVISION🚜🎉

Our Highway Division provides maintenance and repair services to all Town-owned surface infrastructure, including 260 lane miles of roadway, 160 miles of sidewalk, 246 miles of berm grass/curbing, and several municipal parking lots. The Division also oversees all roadway-related construction projects, including curb, sideway, and traffic signal installations, as well as street paving.

🎉📋 DIVISION OF THE DAY - ENGINEERING DIVISION📋🎉

The Engineering Division provides surveying, drafting, estimating, scheduling, and inspectional services for the Department of Public Works and other Town departments. They consult on most large construction projects and assist with capital planning activities, as well as archive maps and plans relating to Town site plans, property lines, and infrastructure.

The Administration Division provides budgetary, administrative, personnel, invoice processing, and customer service support for all divisions within Public Works.
