🌞FREE consults for the month of August at Belly Rebuild!🌞 If you have heard of diastasis recti and have wondered if maybe you have it, now is the time to come in to see me and find out!

A lot of women are walking around right now with separated abdominal muscles, and don’t realize it! This is because diastasis recti often isn’t painful, but it can contribute to other symptoms, such as difficulty in engaging the core muscles, back pain, pelvic floor issues, poor posture, and feeling like no matter how much core work you do, your belly won’t get flat.

If any of this resonates with you, email me at [email protected] and we can schedule a free, no-strings-attached consultation to assess your core and talk about ways to strengthen the muscles safely. (Want to see some real-life results? Visit www.bellyrebuild.com for some client pics and testimonials!)

Read this testimonial. 👀 What Carolyn is describing is EXACTLY what the difference is between following an online program and having someone to work with you live and tell you what to do IN REAL TIME.

My programs are great and they get my clients results. But the exercises aren’t the real value of the programs. The REAL value is that you have me, an expert in the field of diastasis recti and with a decade of experience working with clients just like you, at your fingertips.

I’ll be available to help you answer your questions and trouble-shoot when things don’t go exactly as they are supposed to. You have me to help you stay motivated when life gets in the way and you get off track a little. I can look at your photos and measurements and analyze if the healing is going as planned. You can reach out at any time with any question and I can answer it.

No cookie-cutter online program or YouTube video is going to do that.

If you are ready to get serious about your healing, let’s get you into my Rebuild Your Core program that starts in 2 weeks. Message me and I’ll send you more info!

✨You may have been diagnosed with Diastasis Recti (DR).

✨Maybe you have heard of it and you aren’t 100% sure that you have it, but you know that your core and pelvic floor just don’t feel the same.

✨Or you might be frustrated by a stubborn belly that just won’t go away no matter how much exercise you do.

If any of this rings true, join Caroline Johnson from Belly Rebuild for this virtual workshop about all things DR-related. We will talk about the specifics of what DR is, practical tips on what to avoid in your day-to-day life (not just when you are working out!) to prevent the separation from getting worse, and more importantly, give you some actions to take if you do have DR and want to start healing.

When: Thursday September 19th at 7pm
Where: Zoom (recording will be available to those that register below.)

Getting notes like this is why I do what I do. 🥰 I truly love helping women regain their strength, heal their cores, and get back to doing what they love. 🙌🏻

This client played college basketball and has continued to play in adult leagues, as well as staying active in other ways. After her kids were born, she really started struggling with pelvic floor leaking while playing basketball, and she felt like no matter how much core work she did, she wasn’t seeing results.

She came in for her final session today, and not only has her separation healed, but she reported that she has had very little, if any, leaking when she has been playing basketball! This was a HUGE win for her, as the stress incontinence was really bothering her when she played.

If postpartum issues are making activities that you love less enjoyable, shoot me a message and we can discuss options that will get you back to full strength!
