Needham Driving School is looking for Driving Instructors / Teachers for on road instruction and in the classroom. You must be licensed by the MA RMV to teach Drivers Education in the state of Massachusetts. Licensed instructors preferred but we will train/license the right candidate.

We are looking for reliable, friendly and positive people to teach teenagers and adults to drive.

On road instructors must be willing to work some weekends and nights September – June. The summer months provide some schedule flexibility.

Classroom teachers must be willing to work weekends September – June and Weekdays during the summer months.

We are looking for part time and full time employees. Benefits include 401k, paid vacation and sick time. Pay rate starts at $18 an hour. Needham Driving School is willing to pay more for experienced teachers in any field or licensed driving instructors

Candidates MUST have:

- Clean driving record

- CORI (backgroundcheck)

- 5 years minimum licensed driving experience in the United States

- High School diploma or GED

- Positive attitude
