Round the Table Dinners

What’s better than braised meat in gravy? Mexican braised meat in gravy. Tonight was tender pieces of pork simmered in a tomatillo and green chile sauce served with cilantro lime rice and house pinto beans. For me the beans were the star of the show.

Aloha…tonight we ate like we were in Hawaii but without the insanely long flight home.

Tonight we served soy/ginger glazed chicken with grilled pineapple, white rice and sautéed green beans. It was a new meal for us; I hope everyone enjoyed.

Tonight we served a southern comfort classic, pork chops in tomato gravy served with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. It was delicious and filling. I hope everyone enjoyed.

Chicken Penne Pasta was on the menu tonight with a cheesy tomato cream sauce. Served with house salad. We hope everyone enjoyed their dinner tonight!

Seafood Friday!!!! Today we had sautéed shrimp served atop linguine tossed in a creamy pesto with garden fresh basil and a crisp cold salad on the side.

Tonight we enjoyed serving jambalaya with Conecuh Sausage and chicken with house salad.

Who likes mid week comfort food? Today we did a naked fried chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, and steamed broccoli. I love frying my chicken without breading, you get the same crunch without the heavy greasy flour.
