I shut the oven off but forgot to take the bread out 😩
Baking Tip for lining your baking and bread pans: Spraying a thin layer of oil down first will prevent the paper from rising and the batter from getting underneath of it.
Baking Tip: Save time by bulk prepping browned butter. 2 pounds of butter fits perfectly into a 32oz mason jar.
Store in the fridge and when a recipe calls for browned butter, microwave the whole jar, pour out what you need, and store back in the fridge.

Garden is prepped and ready to go. Laid down a layer of mulch, then installed the raised beds and filled them with soil.

Bake day with the last ever Hialeah Light from
Peep the freezer in the back that we actually purchased from their closing auction. It's getting a good second life in my little bakery 😊

I traveled to Winter Haven today to pick something up and was lucky enough to stumble across this adorable sourdough bakery! I enjoyed a sourdough breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee with house made lavender syrup while getting some planning done.
And I was able to get a classic loaf and some stone milled wheat flour to take home! I can't wait to make some bread with it!
Such a great place to take a break before getting back on the road for 3 hours. 😊
