Designed around connection, community, and a little desert magic, this gathering is an opportunity to step away from the demands of our businesses and spend intentional time with fellow wedding and event professionals who understand the unique joys and challenges of this industry.

We'll spend the afternoon poolside, gather for cocktails and dinner under the stars, celebrate with an after-party and late-night swim, then reconnect over brunch and conversation the following morning. From meaningful conversations to unexpected collaborations and new friendships, these overnights create space for the kinds of connections that are difficult to make anywhere else.

Attendance is intentionally limited to foster genuine relationships, and we can't wait to gather with you in the desert.

Our Emerge Mexico experience officially began with a welcome gathering at Edition Kanai, where members, sponsors, and industry friends from across North America came together to reconnect, meet for the first time in person, and kick off an incredible few days together in Riviera Maya.

One of our favorite things about Emerge is watching conversations turn into collaborations, introductions turn into friendships, and a group of strangers quickly become a community. Before the excursions, dinners, celebrations, and experiences ahead, this evening gave us a chance to slow down, raise a glass, and simply enjoy being together.
