As the pool season comes to a close, we would like to announce the conclusion of terms for three board members. Each year, we experience a turnover of three positions. However, similar to previous years, we are facing challenges in recruiting new members for the board. Therefore, the Board is considering the possibility of engaging third-party management companies to oversee the pool operations.

Hey Pool Party Aficionados! 🌊

I just wanted to take a quick dip back into our conversation about personal hygiene—specifically, the sink situation. 😅 You know, while I admire the creative thinking of our fellow partygoer, I must remind everyone that using the sink for washing yourself is not just a little off-course; it’s a no-go zone for sanitation! 🚫🧼

Imagine the soap scum and leftover toothpaste getting cozy with your favorite shampoo. Yikes! 😳 Sinks are like the VIP lounge for your hands, not the shower spa for your whole body.

So let’s keep it classy! Use the showers for that refreshing rinse, and leave the sinks for their true purpose—keeping those hands squeaky clean!

Remember, cleanliness is next to poolliness, and trust me, no one wants to be that person whose “refreshing splash” comes with a side of sink germs. 😜
